General manager
Victor Melekhin
Victor has been managing the company since April 2017. Prior to his appointment as General Director, he held the position of Deputy General Director for Production since 2004. In DS BARS since 1998, he started as an engineer, then as a project manager. In 1992-1998, he worked at the Computing Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He was engaged in multiprocessor parallel systems, database application development for the English company JBA International, including work at the customer's engineering center in England, participated in the development of an automated catalog for the Russian State Library and the development of OLAP applications for RAO UES. For 3 years, Viktor taught at the Faculty of the Moscow State University. He is the author of scientific articles published in the proceedings of several international conferences. In 1993 he graduated from the Faculty of Management and Applied Mathematics of MIPT. Married. Loves to travel.
First Deputy General Director
Viktor Ponomarenko
Victor has held the position of First Deputy General Director of the company since 2005. He has been working at DS BARS since 2001, he started as the head of engineering developments. He worked at the State Research Institute of Aviation Systems as a research engineer and reached the position of technical director of international programs. Victor has more than 20 years of experience in software and engineering developments in the aviation industry, scientific research, as well as in the work on system integration and certification of complex aviation systems in international programs. In 1979 Victor graduated from MAI, having received the specialty of an electrical engineer of aviation equipment. Married, has a daughter. Loves to travel.
